ONE MILLION LOVE

I feel you always when I am alone,
Into the openness,every corner and stone,
I feel you beneath the vacant sky,
Where everything seems fading away..

Or something still persists..

What should I name it ?
Where should I ask for it ?
My heart goes clueless,
Like a breeze and it's coolness .. 

I ask, What my heart is holding on to?
Which I am sure I haven't realised yet,
But I still want you to be there,
Standing like a mountain, around me everywhere..

As only my heart can see you alive,
One million love, always with you I dive,
O creator, With all my virtues unending,
Sometimes I feel that's the only thing..

In the end, I see an ultimate painting,
A surreal abstract art without reasoning,
So I plead you, be there wherever you are,
I Breathe you so close but still very far..

It’s okay to be not okay

Not everything can be figured out, not every question needs an answer, not every-time you can pretend to be happy and strong all the time.  You are allowed to have bad days. Being vulnerable is not weakness to hide your emotions.  Acknowledging when you’re not okay is the first step toward getting better. Healing is not always instant like a 2 min Maggi noodle. It’s a slow process which gradually opens doors to self compassion and growth. Healing takes time because it’s just not about fixing what’s broken; it’s about understanding and adapting to what hurt you. Pain, grief or trauma doesn’t fade with single decision. It needs space to felt, understood and processed.  As your body and mind repair, you learn. Raising siblings who choose love over rivalry

Raising siblings with love is a parenting skill. Two siblings can either be best of friends or the worst enemies. Making your children support each other and develop a strong bond requires nurture from parents. Children observe the mutual support amongst other family members.
