I wish i go back in life..

With Some pause buttons in my life,

Moments lost, which got carved in memories forever,

Some special ones, with whom life once spent together...

Long back i see;Where once everything seemed alright,

Reminisces of all the wrong, being pointless felt delight,

Wandering like wind, journey without destination was great,

When i wished, i wouldn't regret the chances we'd take..

Angels, very few ones😉 in thoughts are still precious for me,

For, they made me smile and stood right beside me,

How my faulty thoughts, they understood in less than words?

Kin; like cool breezes, and we laughed until tears...

I wish i go some time back, sit with cushions,

But seems, life's too short for delete buttons,

To erase sadness, and rub away some feelings,

Begin again with a start, create lasting memories...

Still, i have a flower, which is yet to blossom,

In my own garden, have fragrances and a slogan,

A magic awaits, where life is altogether different,

Believing in the unknown, where I have my Heart as a Parent....

When things fall apart, you look for something familiar. Someone you know. Someone you have touched. Even if it’s gone forever. But gradually you learn to make peace with the present. Even if that peace is not fully grown inside you. Even if you are hiding the turmoil inside with a smiling face. Life makes you swallow truth. Just swallow in silence. Never speak about heartbreak or exhaustion from drama. Slowly you discover to protect your peace, more than pain. There is not always a grand reconciliation. Sometimes you let go in silence. It’s okay to be not okay

Not everything can be figured out, not every question needs an answer, not every-time you can pretend to be happy and strong all the time.  You are allowed to have bad days. Being vulnerable is not weakness to hide your emotions.  Acknowledging when you’re not okay is the first step toward getting better. Healing is not always instant like a 2 min Maggi noodle. It’s a slow process which gradually opens doors to self compassion and growth. Healing takes time because it’s just not about fixing what’s broken; it’s about understanding and adapting to what hurt you. Pain, grief or trauma doesn’t fade with single decision. It needs space to felt, understood and processed.  As your body and mind repair, you learn.
